In fatigue tests carried on by 4-point Bending Tests ATLAS HPE can bear more than 5 millions cycles for dynamic shear stress relatively high compared to the maximum static stress.

In fatigue tests carried on by 4-point Bending Tests Atlas F can bear more than 2 millions cycles for dynamic shear stress of about 45% of the maximum static stress.

Due to low resin intake ATLAS F offers significant resin savings compared other foams in the market, between 15 and 25% depending on the geometry of nacelle covers

Resin intake is so low that resin savings around 15-20% in weight can be obtained compared to other foams in the market

NO RISK OF OUTGASSING thanks to a well developed chemical structure

Atlas NTC can be efficiently used in all lamination processes like hand lay-up, vacuum infusion, RTM.
